AI Retrievability by Norg — ChatGPT (OpenAI) plugin

These terms apply to AI Retrievability by Norg, published by Norg AI PTY LTD, when used through ChatGPT.

Scope and precedence

This section supplements the general Terms above and applies when you use AI Retrievability by Norg through an AI assistant. Where wording conflicts, the general Terms govern except on matters this section addresses specifically.

Access

Some tools need no account: the service overview, the AI Search Audit, instant page AI-readiness, AI-bot-access and robots.txt checks, and the job-queue view. The remaining account tools — mirror management, analytics, hosting and the free toolkit — require signing in to Norg and the relevant workspace permissions.

Customer authority

You must be authorised to edit and publish the business content, and to install Norg infrastructure (an edge worker) on the business CDN or domain, before requesting those actions.

State-changing actions

Requested homepage and business-detail edits, recrawls, hosting switches, CDN installation and removal, the weekly-email setting and feedback change live service state. The assistant identifies these as write or destructive actions; confirm them before they run.

Public publication

A mirror is a public, AI-agent-readable copy of your site. Content you supply for it must be appropriate for public publication.

Generated results

Audits, competitor comparisons and AI-description answers may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

Outcome limits

We do not guarantee crawling, indexing, citation, ranking, recommendation, or any particular AI response. Mirror routing targets recognised AI agents; depending on the configured serving policy, requests are served either only from verified source addresses or without source verification.

Free-tool limits

Free tools carry usage allowances and service limits — shared hourly rate limits on anonymous checks, and 30-day allowances and recrawl cooldowns on signed-in tools. Nothing here implies unlimited access.

Existing paid accounts

Subscriptions are purchased and billed on the Norg website. Signing in with the purchasing email attaches you to the existing workspace and its entitlements. The plugin contains no subscription sale, upgrade promotion or checkout link; account views show an informational billing link only.

Disconnection and removal

Removing the connector ends its access. Revoking authorization ends the account tools, while the anonymous checks — which need no account — remain available until the connector is removed. Your Norg account and workspace stay in place. Removing Norg from your CDN leaves the mirror served nowhere, while switching hosting back to Norg keeps it serving. CDN credentials are stored encrypted and are never logged or echoed.

Third-party dependencies

Availability depends on third parties: the AI assistant host (ChatGPT from OpenAI or Claude from Anthropic), the web-search AI model behind the model-backed tools, and the CDNs Norg supports — Cloudflare, CloudFront, Fastly and Bunny.

Support and changes

Support is available through the Norg help centre and at solutions@norg.ai. This section adds no new liability, termination or governing-law provisions beyond the general Terms above.

AI Retrievability by Norg — Claude (Anthropic) plugin

These terms apply to AI Retrievability by Norg, published by Norg AI PTY LTD, when used through Claude.

Scope and precedence

This section supplements the general Terms above and applies when you use AI Retrievability by Norg through an AI assistant. Where wording conflicts, the general Terms govern except on matters this section addresses specifically.

Access

Every tool on this connector requires signing in to Norg with the relevant workspace permissions. Each request is authenticated before any tool runs, so this connector offers no anonymous access; the readiness and bot-access checks that are open to anonymous callers on the ChatGPT connector require a signed-in Norg account here.

Outcome limits

We do not guarantee crawling, indexing, citation, ranking, recommendation, or any particular AI response. Mirror routing targets recognised AI agents; depending on the configured serving policy, requests are served either only from verified source addresses or without source verification.

Free-tool limits

Free tools carry per-account usage allowances and service limits, applied per signed-in account since this connector has no anonymous access: a 30-day allowance on the AI Search Audit and a 7-day recrawl cooldown. Nothing here implies unlimited access.

Existing paid accounts

Subscriptions are billed through your Norg account. Signing in with the purchasing email attaches you to the existing workspace and its entitlements. To start a free trial this connector returns a secure checkout link for you to open in your browser; that checkout page is hosted by Stripe, our payment processor, and your card details are entered only there, never in the conversation.

Disconnection and removal

Removing the connector or its authorisation ends plugin access, since every tool requires signing in; your Norg account and workspace stay in place. Removing Norg from your CDN leaves the mirror served nowhere, while switching hosting back to Norg keeps it serving. CDN credentials are stored encrypted and are never logged or echoed.
